No I don't think all Teens are. Teen peer pressure is a lot greater than it use to be. Some people are followers and some are leaders and this may have an affect on what decision they make. Some teens need to be steered in a postive direction but some adults don't want to be bother with a troubled teen.
I agree with you Crystal... teens do need to be steered in a positive direction and although I agree about some adults don't want to be bothered, I do believe that the vast majority does want to help... unfortuantely, some teens have gotten so out of control that adults and parents, just don't know what to do. I personally think more mentor programs need to be made available. Our government does nothing to invest in our teens. Even summer work programs that were available when I was a teen, many moons ago, are no longer available. But we must not let this disuade us from helping our teens; especially those that find themselves caught up on the perils of an abusive situation.
