Survivor Chat Cafe > survivors health issues

I am interested in finding out how the health of domestic violence survivors is. Are you having frequent health issues even years after leaving the relationship? Are they normal aging problems or something different or abnormal. Does it seem like you get better from one thing then the next year or so it's something else? I can't be the only one, ANYONE?

Although I have been out of this relationship for 6 yrs, my post-abuse-life is complicated, I suffered from endometriosis, which I had a hysterectomy for, so my loss of hormones, organs and endocrine imbalalance (ovaries are endocrine glands also) have set up a new host of challenges. I feel like I am caught between two lives--and also two bodies. The life pre and post. The body pre hysterectomy, the body post hysterectomy. Both timed within the same year....
