Sweetheart, you are not to blame. These men are predators. They know who to is weak and who they can manipulate. I was once just like you but you know what? I'm a beautiful woman and my guess is you are to! Yes, things may be dark now but there is always light at the end of the tunnel just have faith and believe in God because he is always with you. Pls. contact me because I want to be there for you. My email is sydhunt@hotmail.com. STOP taking calls from him! The easiest way to get over them is to stop all communication. I know you believe you can't do this but you can! Let me help you. Together we can get you back on your feet. Remember, I love you and God loves you! I'm here for you like my sister and friends were there for me. The sun will shine again! Much love Lexi

Babygirl, hold your head up and let that man go away for good. He's the ugly one, not you. It's okay to be alone, and just because you lost your job means nothing. There are millions of men in the USA that will treat you good and if the price to pay until you find him is to be alone, then pay that price -- I'd rather you be lonely than abused. He doesn't love you, so YOU love you!

Looks have absolutely nothing to do with the way this man has treated you. Domestic Violence has nothing to do with anger it is simply about one individual exerting power and control over another. Domestic Violence is not bias, it doesn't matter if you are fat, skinny, white or black. We are have to pay attention and believe people when they show us who they are the first time. The first time someone hits you and you do not dissolve the relationship right then and there, you sent a signal to them that you qualify for whatever beating that will come in the future.

I just wanted to add that abuse is not always physical it can also be mental. Dysfunctional children grow up to be dysfunctional adults. When you meet someone do your homework. Ask questions, what kind of up bring did this person have?
