I have a friend who is in a very abusive relationship and I'm not sure how to help her. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

i have a niece that is in a abusive relationship as of today and my sister did call me to help, which my niece was going to live with me until it cools down because she always goes back, plus he abuses his own children which now to date the kids have bruises on their bodies what can i do as a aunt, and sister to help my sister in to this sitution, my niece has two brothers and they will not help at all nor do my brothers help they say she will be back with him sooner or later it has gotten out of hand and my niece is pregant again with his child and she have to go to the hospital to get injection so she will not go into premuture labor due to stress of her and the baby this is just a little of the stuff that is taking place their are lots more the police was called and did nothing he is on defieant trepass were my niece lives and no one helps due to the fact that he is from that terroity because of the gang they called up their in that apartment place were my niece live thank you very much because i heard this today on the steve havey show and i still will sign and get much imput i can on this matter due to the issue my friend is in one also and if it gets better i do not know at this time so once again thank you very much for listening and reading my words of worried and concern lena
